If I could give a negative review I would. We walked in with a group of 10 family members to enjoy some wine during Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Their large heated tent had two tables with people and we were told they could not serve us because we were a group of 10. We gladly split up the group into two tables but were still told by our server that the manager (who didnt even have the nerve to come outside and address the group) that they would not serve us because we were a group of 10!! 10 paying customers!!! Insane!!! I have never experienced an establishment throwing out paying customers because their group was too large!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Our server Melissa was very kind and I felt horrible that she had to deliver that news while her manager coward in the background unwilling to address us!!! Shame on her!!! I would never recommend this establishment and will never give them my business.

So we unloaded the children at Raffaldini Vineyards and this lady appeared and said, well there is good news and bad news. So the good news is we will sell you as much wine as you like, but we don't allow any children on the property full stop. Ok the picture is not my family. We arrived four irresponsible adults and a 12 week old baby, really looking to have a wine tasting after an hour and a half journey. We were told noway no one allowed under the age of 21!!!!!! So we went down the road to a very warm and welcoming Vineyard called Laurel Grey, had a great tasting and spent over $350 .

Drove 2 hours to have a glass of wine with the family just to be told, Buy a bottle & leave because this vineyard wont allow kids on the property. I had a sleeping 3 month olds in a push chair. The no kids on the property was NOT stated on the website. Per the site as of October 2021, Infants and children are no longer permitted at the Tasting Room, except on holidays and specially designated family days when we can appropriately staff and have children friendly activities available. The tasting room is the indoor space and tent space, how come I couldnt be in the garden with my family and child?! Especially an infant that wont drink the wine & jump in the fountain which was the reasoning from staff that kids are treated like the plague. Once again a facility that treats mothers and families like second class citizens. I hope the singles & retirees can enjoy the place since 21 and under are forbidden. I am super disappointed in this vineyard as well as the parents before that allowed their kids to apparently raise H*LL on the property. This joint has lost a lot of business due to this overreaction policy. Due to the pandemic and the lack of pandemic protocol for their family days / festivals, I will not be attending this joint. Cheers!

I went there today the 1st of November and I was super excited as the location is beautiful however the sent us packing as we had our 1 year old with us. I see no reason why he would not be welcome. We went to the winery next door and had a great time. I would not recommend if families cannot bring there babies I see no reason in going.
