On Friday 28th I ordered a chicken bowl. As a result, I got food poisoning and so did my dog. I shared some with her.. Vertigo, nausea, vomiting, sweats, and diarrhea, were some of my symptoms. Havent been able to eat all weekend. Lucky, I received medicines to help with my recovery. Dont eat there!

The food here is not as fresh as it used to be. It's been a few years since I have eaten at this location. However it was a regular haunt of mine and I used to love the food. No longer fresh and hot, it is lukewarm and stale. Chipotle has them beat now.

QDOBA is essentially a Subway style resteraunt where you get to make burritos and bowls on the ingredients you request from employees. You basically point to what youd want on your bowl and they give you a good serving of it. They have different types of meats, beans, rice, veggies, sauces and more available. I ordered a bowl and the employees would ask me what looked good and they would add a good serving to my bowl. I was confused and asked for a walkthrough and the young man and woman were both very understanding and friendly. The cashier was awesome as well. Service was provided with a smile. It is a bit on the costlier side but you do get a big portion of food, its maybe enough for 2 people to share. The bowl came to around $9. All in all, it was a great place to eat!

Not happy about the customer service here. My grandmother was in the mood for tacos, so I took her and the family out. Party of 5spent $67 dollars. Tried to order medium drinks but they were out of medium cups and tried to sell us all large drinks. We opted for water and they gave us all these little kiddie cups. We saw some larger clear cups but they said those were reserved for specialty drinks. So no medium cupsonly selling large drinksgiving you water in kiddie cups. They said the larger clear cups cost too much to giveaway free with water. SMHI just spent $67 dollars in your store and you cant give me 5 adult size clear cups. Shame on you Qdoba. Wont be back.
